By placing an order with Magic Market Canada, you agree to the following terms:

• Orders & Payments: All sales are final once completed at checkout. Prices are listed in CAD and subject to change without notice.

• Product Condition: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images. Card conditions follow standard grading practices, but minor variations may occur.

• Shipping & Delivery: Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred shipping method at checkout. Magic Market Canada is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged once shipped. Tracked options include insurance and are recommended for higher-value orders.

• Returns & Refunds: Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles, returns and refunds are generally not accepted. Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of order errors or damaged items.

• Use of Website: By using this site, you agree not to misuse it for unlawful purposes.

• Policy Updates: These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.
